Thanks for visiting my website. My name is Ali and although I am no longer in my 20’s, I do feel as if I am! Exercise has transformed my body, energy levels as well as my outlook on life and I am a firm believer in the saying; ‘you are entirely up to you’. I consider myself to be lucky to have a body that works well – and I feel I have a responsibility to myself and my family to look after myself. I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and am working towards my GP/Exercise Referral qualification.
In addition to my qualification, I have lived! I have done all the things I probably shouldn’t have, and years later, my approach is about balance – in everything. I lived in South East Asia for 7 years and during that time, I gained a broad range of training styles as well as lots of other experiences! Now, I’m back in the UK and ready to help anyone who wants to achieve their goals.
Whatever your personal challenge, whether it be to become fitter, lose weight, be more agile or flexible, build muscle, train for a specific event or just become more confident, I can help. I will support, motivate and help you work towards your goal and improve your quality of life. Using a variety of training methods, your programme will be specific, varied and fun. I will treat you as an individual, listen to what you want to achieve, be honest with you and respect you.
